We are striving to develop our business, endeavouring to make it as environmentally, socially and financially sustainable as possible. There are a number of ways you can support our work:
Make a donation, either for general development and upkeep of the project, or for a specific item - anything from a new copper trowel (around £15), to the cost of paying for an apprentice for one year (around £6000). Currently, we are raising funds to put towards the Urb Farm building. Contact Sarah for more details. You can now make donations easily online using our Just Giving page. Click here! Donate materials: e.g. garden tools, plants, wood, building materials. Buy our plants/ produce or our services: Check out our vegbox scheme or veggiemail service, or contact Sarah (for fruit and vegetables, and gardening services), or Kim (for plants and flowers). Alternatively, you could pop in to the Urb Farm and see what we have avaliable! Share your time and skills: If you would like to volunteer, please contact Sarah, or complete the form below to discuss how you might be able to help.
“Our challenge is to redesign the world: to design a more authentic, genuine and elegant world. Who needs this wasteful, stressful, congested and exploitative world where half of humanity goes hungry while the other half is suffering from obesity? Where clean water, clean air and clean food are becoming scarce? We can do better than this.”- Satish Kumar
